CLASSEQ Servicing
Within our area we can look after both your Classeq machine as well as Winterhalter dishwashing systems, Proton, Direct Catering (DC) and many other makes. We save you money with our low service fees. Our low call out charges are only £49.00 ex VAT and we then bill you by 15 minute segments at £10.00 ex VAT per quarter hour.

The standard service charges relate to a clear and accessible site and that the water valves and mains isolator are operable.
Work is carried out in normal working hours 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Emergency weekend cover provided from £78.00 ex VAT call out and £15.00 ex VAT per 15 minute onsite charges. Work carried out from 8.30am to 5pm Saturday/Sunday.
As we sell and service Classeq machines we also carry a full van of spare parts for Classeq machines and so have a high first time fix rate that will save you not only down time for your business but also money as well.
Even if we do have to return to your machine then we will not charge you a second call out charge only the time on site again saving you money.
